Chamber
The Polish Chamber of School and Office Products Trade (IPBBS) is a national trade organization established in 1994 and registered as an association. Its members are producers and importers of paper product and office and school supplies. Year after year the chamber's membership has consistently grown. Currently the chamber consists of 75 people that represent about 60 companies from the sector. In addition, UNIT, the Publishing House of Sector Information remains the supporting member.
IPBBS also cooperate with newsletter "Papierniczy Swiat" (Stationery World), published by UNIT, which allows us to fulfill many of the Chambers goals. A producer or importers of paper, office, or school supplies that has been present on the Polish market for at least a year can become a member of The Polish Chamber of School and Office Products Trade. It's also recommended that the candidate be proposed by a person who already is a member of the chamber. Membership applications are judged by IPBBS management, and in undecided situations by all of the chamber's members. A person that is accepted by the chamber's management becomes a member of the Polish Chamber of School and Office Products Trade.

The Polish Chamber of School and Office Products Trade is a voluntary and self-managed association whose goals are:
- to represent and defend the interests if its members
- providing its members with assistance in economic, organizational, and legal problems associated with their economic activity
- cooperation with government units and other associations in order to create favorable conditions for the activity of the office and school supplies sector
- development and distribution of initiatives, proposals, and actions which will assist in the integration of the office and school supplies sector
- care about the shaping, publicizing, and following of the ethics and good manners among the members of the chamber
- defending the interests of the chamber members from unfair competition and untrustworthy parties
- to create the atmosphere of trust and respect around the sector
- distribution of new organizational and technical approaches
- take actions to integrate its members
IPBBS statute requires its members to:
- through its position and actions to contribute to the increase of the role and importance of the chamber
- care about its good name
- follow the internal rules of the association
- support and follow the chamber's goals
- follow the rules in the statute, decisions by the chamber and the applicable law
- regularly pay member fees
- cooperate with the management and the chamber office
- assist in organizing chamber activities
- inform about important events which apply to the office and school products sector
Members of the chamber have the right to take part in IPBBS activities, especially the right to take part in voting, can present their opinions and make proposals in matters that involve the goals and functioning of the association, take part in meetings and other events, and take advantage of all possibilities provided by the chamber to its members.
IPBBS offers its members:
- possibility of active participation in the life and shaping of the sector
- promoting of chamber's members in the international forum and assistance in making trading contacts
- assistance in critical situations (consulting, support of the chamber and its members)
- providing recommendations if requested by chamber members
- ability to take advantage of preferential price offers for services and products
- an internal newsletter addressed to the members of the chamber
- a monthly free issue of "Papierniczy Swiat" (Paper World)
- ability for new members to present themselves on the pages of "Papierniczy Swiat" for free
- discounts on advertising in "Papierniczy Swiat"
- discounts on fees to take part in "Meeting-Premiera" trade shows
- ability to take part in integration events organized by the chamber
