IPBBS ethical code
- A member of IPBBS dutifully represents his field, both in Poland and abroad.
- A member of IPBBS serves as a model to the sector and the community.
- A member of IPBBS strives to develop his company and improve its organization.
- A member of IPBBS is well-oriented in the political, community, and economic situation in Poland.
- A member of IPBBS, in all of his actions, keeps in mind the community and the environment.
- A member of IPBBS follows in his activity follows principles of honesty and responsibility and always follows the law and good economic matters, especially:
- in all of his business acts elegantly and follows principles of fair play,
- meets contracts, is reliable, punctual, and follows agreements,
- treats his customers, clients and workers, as well as employee organizations and branch associations with respect,
- Cares about a good environment in his company, as well as his surroundings,
- stands out through his outstanding personal culture,
- follows an honorable and moderate lifestyle
- consistently strives to improve his qualifications
- A member of IPBBS actively participates in the chamber's activities.
- Member of IPBBS especially follows the following principles:
- caring about the good name of the chamber.
- solidarity, providing friendly assistance, and providing assistance to other members of the chamber,
- not expressing negative opinion about other members of the chamber and companies which are a part of the association,
- seeking to settle all conflicts in an amicable way,
- exchanging information about the market sector with other members and sharing own observations and experience with other members
- assuring that information about the activity of the chamber and its organizational secrets remain confidential
- making sure that the cooperation among the members of the chamber is based on mutual trust, respect, and good will,
- not take any actions which would be unethical in respect to workers employed by other members.
- A member of IPBBS supports the idea of integrating the paper, office and school products sector and cooperation with other sector organizations domestically and abroad.
- Every company that is a part of IPBBS makes sure that its representatives in the chamber:
- are members of the company's management,
- possess high personal, professional, ethical, and cooperative qualities,
- enjoy high respect among the member of their community
- did not lead a company to bankruptcy
- were not punished for dishonest activities
- are not rejected by their professional environment,
- consistently settle their liabilities to the government and suppliers,
- take an active part in the community.
